[Container-tools] vagrant plugin install vagrant-adbinfo

Note: I am a vagrant newbie, I normally use/like boot2docker instead :-)

Rumor has it that this plugin will help me determine the IP address of the vagrant up’d Docker+Kube VirtualBox.
