I had a poke around the network, and its got plenty of capacity.

note that to debug things like this, you can request a node manually
for your api key eg. run something like this on the jump host :
curl 'http://admin.ci.centos.org:8080/Node/get?key=<apikey>'

this should give you a hostname and a session id, save the session id
somewhere, and you should be able to ssh into the deployed host
directly ( if you are using the jump host as a ssh proxy) or from the
jump host if you ssh -A to it. When you are done with the machine:

curl 'http://admin.ci.centos.org:8080/Node/done?key=<apikey>&ssid=<ssid>
