[Container-tools] Fellow Report - Week of Nov 9

Hello,

Had a pretty short week due to Diwali and New Year holidays. Here's what I
worked on:

- Got the PR merged into the nulecule-library for Golang based 
standalone atomic
   app [1].
- Had meetings around Marathon provider for atomicapp.
- Wrote a blog about creating a standalone atomicapp [2]. Would love to have
   some feedback on it.

Plans for the week:

- Work on Marathon provider
- Further sync up meeting(s) with Mark
