[Container-tools] Prep: Atomic App 0.2.2 release

Hi everyone,

It's come to my attention that in order to coincide with a CDK push we
will be pushing the release one-day earlier (Tuesday).

We will be releasing 0.2.2 at 0900 EST / 1400 UTC.
