[Container-tools] atomicapp as an installer

Hey Aaron, all,
 I think I cant agree with [1], we explicitly excluded lifecycle
 management of the application (code and data), so Atomic App is
 not a good installer, it is a deployment tool: what ever application
 needs to be deployed, Atomic App can parameterize the deployment
 and deploy to a provider.

 The rest of your mail, is basically the "what is Atomic App" page,
 which needs to be done?!
