[Container-tools] How should using the Atomic Developer Bundle feel?

The Atomic Developer Bundle[0] is packaging a developer environment for 
devlopers who aren't running container tools directly on their 
workstation for various reasons (policy, support, etc.) but want to 
develop Linux containers.

How should this feel to a user?  The "feel" is important as it will 
drive onboarding, quickstarts and usability.

I've started an etherpad to try and capture how people think it should
