[Container-tools] Atomicapp test plan with Kubernetes provider on ADB

Hi all,

I have come up with a plan to test atomicapp with Kubernetes provider
on ADB here[1].

I am planning to write functional tests using Python to test the
scenarios described in [1] end to end in an ADB vagrant box, without
human intervention.

@David,

How does [1] look? Let me know if I need to add more test scenarios.
