[Container-tools] Update: Docker Hub Atomic App images

Hi all,

So all the builds have passed and (most) of the repos have been
recreated so they are pulled from
github.com/projectatomic/nulecule-library.

Here is an update on all the images. Keep in mind that there are two
pending changes on two Atomic App's and one that was deleted.

   • mysql-centos7-atomicapp: deleted, was no longer needed / not
used. Could not find source in nulecule-library or nulecule                                                                                                                                  
   • gitlab-centos7-atomicapp:  done                                                                                                                                                                                                                           
   • redis-centos7-atomicapp: done                                                                                                                                                                                                                             
   • etherpad-centos7-atomicapp: done                                                                                                                                                                                                                          
   • dockerfile-lint: not touched 


Please let me know if mysql-centos7-atomicapp needs to be added and
where the source could possibly be (seems like an old container that
was no longer used).
