[Container-tools] Fellow report - Week of 01-11-16

Here's what I was up to last week.

- Decided with other maintainers that we would make some modifications
to our
  verbs proposal from the F2F [1]
- A few PRs to help fix up some of our CentOS Dockerfiles [2] and get
  the Atomic Apps working in OpenShift [3]
- A few PRs to Atomic App itself [4] [5]
- Lots of Atomic App PR reviews
- Testing of Atomic App 0.4.0 release
- Helped Langdon Build an RPM :)
- Blog about CentOS CI [6]
- Blog about `oc new-app` on Atomic Apps [7]


This week I am continuing to do testing and also prepare for and
travel to FOSDEM.
