[Container-tools] vagrant-service-manager version 1.0.2 release

We have a new release of vagrant-service-manager plugin, version 1.0.2.

This release of the plugin adds new commands and options.
- `status` command is added to show the statuses of configured services in
the box
- `box ip` command to show the routable IP address of the box
- `--script-readable` option is added for `env` and `env docker`
sub-commands to make sure the consumers of plugin get the output in
desirable format for processing

This release of the plugin improves the way its commands and their output
are formed and displayed for easy consumption by other tools.
There are bug fixes, refactoring and Budh Ram as new co-maintainer for the
plugin!
