[Container-tools] CDK 2.0 - Docker maven build fails to download JARs and POM

Hey Albert,

I was able to build using Fabric8 Maven workflow and s2i using CDK 2.0 GA.  No Maven issues with the s2i build.

I generally use a local Nexus repo manager to speed up s2i builds, but did not in this case to verify that a longer build would still work.  No idea about why your Maven build is hanging, but going the local repo manager route may help and it will certainly make your builds more pleasant.
