[Container-tools] CDK 2.0 - Docker maven build fails to download JARs and POM

May I make a suggestion?  We suggest that you use a local Nexus repo when
doing FIS app.   The reason why is that when you do a FIS build, it will
*never* cache and builds will take a while or even fail (you have to watch
it).   A better experience (and faster) would to always suggest a local
deployment of nexus.
