[Container-tools] vagrant-sshfs v1.3.0 release

There is a new release of vagrant-sshfs (1.3.0). Announcement here [1].

You can either do

    vagrant plugin install vagrant-sshfs

or you can install via rpm the new builds in bodhi [2]
