Hi,
We are pleased to announce the release of MiniShift-1.0.0-rc.1
Minishift [1] is a command-line tool that provisions and manages a
single-node OpenShift cluster optimized for development workflows. You can
run Minishift on GNU/Linux, Microsoft Windows, or Mac OS X.
Release highlights
------------------------
This release adds several features, enhancements and bug fixes, including:

Addons Feature [2]

It allows user to add additional configuration to the the vanilla
OpenShift setup provided by cluster up.

Host folder mount using CIFS [3]
-
It allows you to mount a host folder within the VM so that you can
share files between the VM and the host.
-
Openshift service command [4]
-
Opens the URL for the specified service and namespace in the browser
or prints it to the console.
You can find detailed info about these changes in the release notes [5] and
in the milestone [6] .
Now Minishift documentation is published in docs.openshift.org [7]. Please
refer to the documentation [7] for information about getting started,
using, and developing Minishift.
Please give the new release a try and let us know your feedback. The
