[Crash-utility] Whether crash support extracting file previously stored in the tmpfs?

Hi Dave,

Could the crash current support extract the file which was stored in
the tmpfs when the panic happen?
Since we know the tmpfs is purely all in memory, it think it is
ideally that crash could do such job.
