[Crash-utility] Whether crash support extracting file previously stored in the tmpfs?

Although some/all of a tmpfs file could be swap-backed, correct?
Anyway, whatever's there in memory could presumably be extracted,
but somebody's got to write a function to do it.  It sounds more 
suited as an extension module.
