[Crash-utility] [PATCH 0/4] A few makefile cleanups

Hi List,

i was looking into why crash doesn't compile with multiple jobs
and prepared a few patches to make that work. While doing that,
i also changed a few other things along the way.

Sven Schnelle (4):
  make: set --no-print-directory once
  extensions: fix defs.h dependency
  make: use -C instead of (cd x; make)
  make: replace make by $(MAKE)
