[EnMasse] 0.17.0 released!

Hi all,

I'm pleased to announce the 0.17.0 release[1]:

* Add support for deploying EnMasse on OpenShift using Ansible.

* Add support for address space plans, which provides a way to configure 
address space quotas.

* Add support for address plans, which provides a way to configure 
resources requirements for a given address.

* Automatically scale router and broker based on address resource 
requirements (in standard address space only)

* Add resource definitions, which improves configurability of routers 
and brokers

* Add support for colocated topics (allows a minimum footprint of 1 
router and 1 broker handling many queues and topics)

* Change address model to require 'address' and 'plan' fields to be set, 
and make 'name' field optional

* Support authorization in brokered address space

* Expose status of addresses in console
