Hi all,

EnMasse version 0.28.1 RC5 is available for testing[1]
Here are the changes since 0.28.0-RC4.

Fix #2887: Make standard controller check for MQTT topic registration with
subserv before considering address ready.  This prevents a topic being
marked ready prematurely.
Fix #2876: Do not consider broker pods that are offline drained (#2881)
Fix #2874:Fix retrieval of existing database-name from postgresql secret
