The idle timeout it advertises to the router is 2500. That may be 
deliberate. If that method sets the time after which the connection is 
considered dead, proton may be advertising half the value such that it 
needs to miss two heartbeats to timeout. (It is rather confusing though 
when the name is identical to the protocol field).
