testing -> stable move for EPEL4 prepared, details inside

Hi all!

I prepared the next stable -> testing move for EPEL4 and will actually
do the move around 20080421 05:00 UTC

If one of your packages is in the attached "tobemoved-(s,)rpms" list and
you don't want it moved please tell me soon or it'll be to late on
Monday morning European time ;-)

Here is the list:

P.S.: EPEL-signers, if possible please don't push any new packages to
the epel4 testing repos until the package move happens; tia!

P.P.S.: Yes, I today on epel-devel-list mentioned I'd prepare the move 
for EPEL5 -- but that a mistake. EPEL5 moves are scheduled for end of 
the month, while EPEL4 moves around scheduled for the 15th each month.
