As in, say, RHN?  :)

This is outside the bounds of cobbler's scope.   Namely, cobbler's role 
stops after kickstarting -- it doesn't keep track of OS's once installed.
This isn't to say folks can't benefit from having repo-oriented tools 
that are useful to Fedora users and the like, however.
