[et-mgmt-tools] Koan 0.3.1 -- fixes for "--replace-self"

In the process of adding Koan's new XMLRPC support I inadvertly broke 
"--replace-self" such that it was not rebuilding the initird files with 
the kickstarts in them.   In other words, the installs would be
completely manual.   Ouch.  

If you are using koan 0.2.9 or 0.3.0, upgrading would be a good idea.
