Hi Roger,
python-cheetah is a dependency of cobbler. please make sure you
have this RPM installed (if you are running a RHEL5 system):
python-cheetah-2.0-0.6.rc8.el5
This package is available via the EPEL yum repo (as is cobbler/koan itself):
