[et-mgmt-tools] koan build and ip address/hostname

Without DHCP, you need to have the network line in your ks.cfg list the 
IP address, netmask, gateway, and nameserver. Check out 
http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Anaconda/Kickstart for more info.
