[et-mgmt-tools] [PATCH] make F10 pass-through to guest

By default, F10 is bound to virt-manager's menu bar, so the guest can never get F10.

The attached patch disables this accelerator for the virt-manager app when the keyboard is grabbed, and restores it when the keyboard is released.
