[et-mgmt-tools] [PATCH] Add bonding_masters existence check

Hi,

Current virt-manager reads bonding infomation 
without checking "bonding_masters" existence.
This causes an error in reading bridge information
on bonding part and NIC list is shown as NULL.

I make a patch to solve this problem.
