[et-mgmt-tools] Connection Failure

I am very new to the cobbler setup.

I just installed, Imported a distribution and did the rest of the setup.

No major problems at this point.

Set up the wiu interface, and I am receiving an error on almost all of
the selections I try from there.

The doc selection works fine.

 

When I select any of the menu functions, I receive the following:

I must have missed something, At this point I don't see what it is.
