[et-mgmt-tools] python-virtinst update - no install media option

The logfile shows several error messages relating to DBus. We use DBus
to populate the CD-ROM install media options, so I have a feeling these
errors are what's causing it to be disabled. There is a BZ ticket already
filed about this, though I don't remember the BZ number offhand. From
the look of the error message, I believe this is related to a DBus update
which fixed a potential security hole - not that DBus is at fault - it is
merely exposing a latent virt-manager bug previously undiscovered.
