So it sounds like we have the beginnings of a plan here:
1. get a couple of xen instances setup for the base of the bugzillas for
development of the xml-rpc communication layer.
2. see if we have anyone who wants to look at the coding for the xml-rpc
communication
3. give the people in #2 access to #1
4. move forward as things are possible.
does that make sense?
