Sorry to reply to myself -- I guess I didn't really answer the
question.  You are correct, Board members are not somehow exempted,
with the caveat that sometimes you have to be less than excellent to
an abusive person, solely by non-combatively sanctioning them, in
order to provide a more excellent environment for everyone else.
