[Ambassadors] FreeMedia India Distribution Backlash

One thing I would like to mention is that if someone accepts a request he
should be obliged to fulfil it.
Its a commitment.
I requested FC DVD in november. But never received it.
Later, I downloaded the DVD which took me more than 2 weeks as in Bangladesh
we don't get that much speed.
So, some sort of mechanism should be in place which ensures an accepted
request has been met.
