Hi Fred, I still don't see the need but you feel it's needed please go
ahead create a wiki page under your personal wiki name. This way we
can review it before moving to root level.
Make sure to add as much information including your proposal and plan.
BTW,  your description of the need above sounds a lot like existing
Fedora Mentors Project.
