[Ambassadors] FOSDEM: Reminder: Devroom schedule deadline

Hello there,
We got less than 2 days left before FredericHornain will submit our
schedule to FOSDEM. I'm still looking for a few people to talk :)

Hi all

(if you don't have a devroom at FOSDEM, you may safely delete this mail ;))

Just as a reminder: the deadline for sending in your devroom schedule is
approaching rapidly. It's in 2 days, this Saturday.

Please make sure to send in your schedule with speakers (bio +
optionally a photo), title, abstract and description, and of course the
time slots.

I know it's a lot of work and hassle, but it's even more work on our
side and we have to get all that data into our CMS for the website, make
A3 printouts, put the time slots + titles of the talks into the folder,
etc...

Thanks for your understanding ;)

And may I also remind you that the devroom availability is:
- - 14:00->19:00 on Saturday
- - 09:00->18:00 on Sunday

(14:00 on Saturday is really 14:00 -- you will most probably not be able
to enter the room before that, so make sure to keep 15 min spare or add
15min to your welcome talk at 14:00 just to make sure).

And the good news... FOSDEM is in 3 weeks ! :D
