You are welcome at BOTH events *EITHER* at the beer event *NOR* at the
Fedora NPO Q&A Event as mentioned ...

and to whom it may concern; here I got today the last answer from the
financial department who´s responsible if we found in Loerrach:

"Sehr geehrter Herr Kassube,

gegen den nun mit Schreiben vom 16.02.2008 vorgelgten Satzungsentwurf
bestehen im Hinblick auf die Gemeinnützigkeit keine Bedenken. Bei
Antragstellung der Gemeinnützigkeit benötige ich lediglich noch eine Kopie
des Freistellungsbescheids des unter Punkt 12.4 genannten Vereins.
