[Ambassadors] NA Ambassadors: Reminder to post events for Q3

Just a quick reminder/encouragement to post events on the events page
if you need any resources. Aug 1st is the deadline for it to be
considered in the Q3 budget - so please take a look at events
happening around you and list an event if you want to represent Fedora
there. Keep in mind the F10 release occurs in Q3, so any release
parties need to be listed as well.
