Hi Tuan,

I'm really glad to see you excited about making the release party 
happen.  As far as funding, I have a simple question for you, that will 
make the answer either very simple, or a little bit difficult.

Does PayPal exist in Vietnam?  And if it does, do you happen to have a 
PayPal account?

If you do, then we can reimburse you via PayPal.  If you don't, then 
we'll figure something else out through our Asia community & marketing 
guys.
