If anybody wants to take a stab at this, the planet.gnome.org CSS would 
probably be a good start. IIRC Steven Garrity wrote it so he might be 
willing to give some tips too to anyone interested. It might (most 
likely will) require changes to the planet html.tmpl file as well.
