Echo icon set: help-* icons muckups

Ok, so I reworked the help-faq icons. They now use same question mark as
dialog-question, same coloring and are in two different perspectives: slightly
tilted and isometric (plus straight for 16x16). All attached.

Any further suggestions/feedback appreciated.
