Makes sense. It's not in upstream gnome-icon-theme, but is a 
fedora-specific patch, currently being discussed in 
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=506532
Sorry for mixing up the name, I work with a Martyn, so hence the grammar
