Both a .buildstamp and .buildstamp_1 ?!?

I'm pretty sure that the script that puts the stuff in tmp is not pungi but
buildinstall, pungi simply calls buildinstall.  Additionally pungi has its
own temp, log directory somewhere, thats not tmp (AFAIR).
