Portforwarding mit IP-Tables.....

Ich sehe grad, daß ein

iptables -L -t nat -nvx

das da bringt..... also eigentlich sollte er es doch machen, oder???? er 
leitet doch alle anfragen von Port
4711 an 192.168.0.2:4711 weiter.......aber wieso kommt dann connection 
refused??? fehlt da der Rückweg noch oder wie???
ich versteh das nicht
