Dropping Gimp from the live cd

Um, no. Context included above. You somehow made the leap from 'tools
for adding new things' (i.e. PackageKit) and 'documentation' to 'system
administrators'. That's an impressive leap of logic. 

So, for the new user, what are the most likely things they need to
do on images? It's likely:

- resize
- crop
- rotate
- frob the color balance/brightness/contrast
- (maybe) redeye removal

We still include tools for that. You could argue (fairly sucessfully,
I think), that gimp is actually an advanced tool for graphics
professionals, not a first line tool for new users.
