Whatever patch I needed was on both i586 and x86_64. I will build
azureus soon and see what happens wrt all the patches.

Due to lack of time, I never uploaded any release since 1.25, but I have
been making releases all along for my own use. I hope today to have
bouncycastle 1.31 ready and I will post it somewhere.
