priorities and dependencies for network interfaces

I knew the day was come when dbus would finally start working some
kickass magic! :-)

Anyway, if i enable rawhide, yum finally bails out after running through
a ton of dependencies.
If i don't enable rawhide, i can install NM just fine, but it doesn't
work:

# /etc/init.d/NetworkManager start
Setting network parameters:                                [  OK  ]
Starting NetworkManager daemon:
** (process:6238): CRITICAL **: file NetworkManagerDevice.c: line 324
(nm_device_unref): assertion `dev != NULL' failed
                                                           [FAILED]
