/tftpboot vs. /var/tftp vs. something else?

+100.  We should make it easy for users to put their data in /srv, and 
that means making it easy to change server configs and SELinux file 
contexts for /srv/wherever-the-user-wants to match the vendor data 
locations e.g. /var/www, /var/ftp, /var/lib/mysql, etc.
