As I mentioned in the bug report, openalpp is being merged with osgal.
I have been told that osgal is now working with osg2, and there
should be a new release very soon now.

We have also heard back from the OSG maintainer and he says "I have no
problem with adding the packaging files" with regards to adding the
pkgconfig files. We should have done this straight off, but we
figured it was not much to ask you to just add them in the meantime.

I'm sorry that you had to make up some fairy tale about OSG upstream
not wanting to use pkgconfig files to help support your attitude and
lack of cooperation.

I will inform you with a bug report once the pkgconfig files have been
added to OSG's CVS so that you may add them to Fedora's package.

Thank you.
