Disable IPv6 by default.

Ok, I tried out this one, and it works as long as you manually usef
ifup/ifdown, but as soon as NetworkManager gets in the equation nothing
works.
Is there a way to configure NetworkManager to do 6-to-4 ?
I use NM to quickly activate the VPN and to easily jump on WiFi
Nnetworks, so if I have to choose between IPV6 and NM, right now I have
to choose NM.
