[Fedora-directory-users] Too many FDS open

Support team encountered a similar problem. FDS and NFS (for /home) was 
on the same machine. A nightly cron doing rsync/tar of the /home caused 
'Too many FDS' issue on the FDS. service restart did not help either. 
This was on RHEL4. The support team decided restart the machine after 
the rsync/tar.
