[389-users] Modifying Default Install Location

We only provide pre-built packages that use FHS layout which is the 
preferred layout.  If you build it from source, you can specify the 
--prefix layout which will put everything under /opt/389-ds or whatever 
prefix you prefer.

It's just too difficult to support two different binary packages with 
two different layouts.
